Privacy Notice

We ask for the minimum we need, use it only to help you, and never sell it.

What we collect

When you make an enquiry or reservation we collect your name, email, an optional phone number and the message you send us. We do not collect or store card details — payments are handled entirely by Stripe's hosted checkout.

Why we collect it

We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, process a reservation, and arrange the sale or viewing of a vehicle. We rely on your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to you.

Marketing

We do not pre-tick consent boxes and we will not add you to marketing lists without your explicit, separate agreement (UK GDPR / PECR).

Cookies and similar technologies

When you first visit our website, a cookie banner lets you accept, reject, or manage optional cookies. Your choice is remembered in your browser using local storage (key: anh-cookie-consent). That record is not sent to our database.

You can change your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the site footer.

Public website — strictly necessary

For normal browsing (viewing stock, contacting us, submitting an enquiry), we do not set our own HTTP cookies on your device. The site relies on standard security headers and form validation to operate safely.

Optional — analytics

If you opt in through the cookie banner, we may load Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (for example which pages are viewed). Google may set cookies such as _ga and _ga_*. These are not loaded unless you allow the Analytics category. If analytics is disabled or not configured on our site, no analytics cookies are used.

Optional — marketing

The cookie banner includes a Marketing category for future use. We do not currently load marketing or advertising trackers (such as remarketing pixels), so no marketing cookies are set today.

Admin area (staff only)

If you sign in to our admin dashboard at /admin, Auth.js sets a secure session cookie (for example __Secure-authjs.session-token in production) so you stay logged in. This cookie is httpOnly and is only used for administration — public visitors never receive it.

Stripe (online reservations)

When you reserve a vehicle, you are redirected to Stripe's hosted checkout page. Stripe may set its own cookies on stripe.com to process payment securely. We do not store card details on our website, and Stripe cookies are not placed on our domain.

How long we keep it

Enquiry and reservation records are retained only as long as necessary to deal with your request and meet our legal obligations, after which they are deleted.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Contact us and we will respond promptly.
